Privacy

Your privacy, in plain English.

We keep this simple. We only collect what we need to reply to your enquiry, we do not sell your data, and this website does not use tracking cookies. Here is the detail.

Who we are

This website, citysitestudio.com, is operated by Culture & Clarity Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company no. 16795837), trading as CitySite Studio. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, reference ZC161196. We are the data controller for any personal information you provide through this site.

What we collect, and why

When you fill in our enquiry form we collect the details you choose to give us: your business name, the type of business, whether you have a website, your contact details, and anything you write in the message. We use this for one purpose only, to reply to you about a website and to take the next steps if you decide to go ahead. We do not use it for marketing lists and we do not sell or share it. If you send us an enquiry through a lead form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta passes us the name, email address and phone number you submit, and we use them only to reply to you about that enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through. To understand how the site is used, we may use privacy friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views in an anonymous, aggregated way. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not collect personal information.

Who processes your data

Our enquiry form is delivered to us through our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes the form submission on our behalf so your message reaches us. That is the only third party involved in handling an enquiry, and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to deal with your request and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together and a reasonable period afterwards. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we remove it in good time.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To make any of these requests, contact us through our contact page and we will deal with it promptly. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

This website uses PlainAnswer, our own AI assistant, to answer visitors' questions. If we change how we handle data, we will update this page so it always reflects what actually happens.

Any questions? Just ask.

Tell us about your business and we will come back with the best design for you, what it would look like with your details, and how soon you could be live.
